We always aim to ensure that all products leave us and arrive with you in perfect condition.
If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please advise us within seven days of receipt and we will happily issue a credit, or if you prefer a refund in full. All damages or shortages must be reported to us within seven days of delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have received or they are not as you expected, you may return them in perfect condition and complete pack size within seven days for a full refund. Please note such items are returned at your own expense and in all cases it is your responsibility to pack them in order that they reach us in the same condition you received them in.
